About Rising Hy

While in College, Mike Konefal (Owner, Operator) was blessed with a hot sauce kit and began experimenting in his college home. Roommates and neighbors were put through many trial batches and Habanero experiments- thanks to all of them the Habanero Hot sauce was born.

While finishing up his time at Northern Arizona University Mike decided to try his hand in the business world and formed RisingHy- Arizona’s first and only line of specialty sauces.

RisingHy hot sauce products are known for their mouthwatering taste and spicy kick. Our products have the right mix of flavor and heat to satisfy our customer’s taste buds.We do things differently at RisingHy. Our handcrafted hot sauces consist of the highest quality ingredients without any vinegar. This lack of vinegar is a rarity in most hot sauces.
