RisingHy and Sprouts Farmer's Market: A Scorching Partnership

We are proud to announce that RisingHy Hot Sauce and Sprouts Farmer's Market have teamed up in order to bring all of our products to you!

 RisingHy started off as a joke. I had some bad luck while trying to brew my own beer, so a friend thought it would be funny to give me a "make your own hot sauce" kit as a joke. I have always loved spicy food, so I thought, "Why not?", took the idea and ran with it. After experimenting extensively with all of the different spices and peppers out there, I came up with our original Habanero Hot Sauce, a habanero and tomato sauce that is as rich in flavor as it is in heat.

The thing that sets us apart from every other sauce is the fact that we don't use vinegar in our sauces. Vinegar is often used in hot sauces as a preservative and can add to the heat, but I have always felt that drowning a sauce with vinegar kills its natural flavor. I set out to create a hot sauce that doesn't use vinegar, and that's what we have with RisingHy sauces.

Instead of the acidic upfront bite that is common with sauces that contain vinegar, our sauce is more of a natural heat that comes on the back end. We only use fresh ingredients that don't simply make your food hot, but enhance the overall flavor of whatever dish you put it on.

Sprouts Farmers Market will be picking up all 5 of our sauces. There is the original Habanero Hot sauce,  a spicy honey mustard, a habanero and garlic infused olive oil, a citrus and habanero infused salt, and the brand new GreenGo sauce made with roasted tomatillos and jalapenos.
